I am a Cardiologist specialized in heart rhythm disorders, my clinical activity is dedicated to cardiovascular prevention and to the diagnosis and treatment by drugs or catheter ablation of the cardiac arrhythmias.

I obtained my Medicine Degree (MD) at the University of Bologna in 2014 (maximum votation); during my University period, I had various experiences abroad including the Erasmus project at the University of Granada (Spain) and two fellowships in Russia (Moscow, 2012) and Mexico (Saltillo, 2014).

I get the specialization in Cardiology at the University of Florence in 2019 (maximum votation) after a fellowship in Cardiac Magnetic Resonance at the Policlinico San Donato in Milan (director Dr. M. Lombardi)

Later I subsequently held the role of Cardiologist with interventional and Cardiac Magnetic tasks in Policlinico San Donato of Milan (director prof. C. Pappone).

Since 2021 I work as Cardiologist-Electrophysiologist at the Santa Maria Nuova Hospital in Florence.

At the same time as my clinical activity as a Cardiologist, I decided to continue my scientific research pathway by starting a PhD at the University of Florence. Since 2021 I work as a Cardiologist consultant and Electrophysiologist at the Villa Donatello Clinic (Florence).

​

I am a member of the Italian (SIC) and European (ESC) Society of Cardiology, as of their subgroups of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI) and Arrhythmology (EHRA). I am the author and co-author of 15 international scientific publications published in journals including JACC Imaging and European Heart Journal. I have the I and II level certifications in Scientific Methodology and Vascular Ultrasound from the Italian Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis,  and a Cardiac Magnetic Resonance certification from the European Society of Cardiology.
