Why I offer this service
Alongside my cardiology practice, I provide concierge medicine for international residents and long-stay visitors in Florence and Tuscany.
Many of the people who come to me for a single cardiology consultation turn out to need something more: a physician who knows their medical history, who can be reached directly, and who understands how the Italian healthcare system works. Finding the right specialist, in a language you speak, in a system you don’t know, is often the hardest part of living abroad. That is what this service is for.
What it means in practice
A named physician
You are not seen by whoever is on shift. I remain your point of reference over time, and I know your history.
Direct contact
You reach me directly, not through a call centre, and I assess clinical questions as they arise.
An annual evaluation
A structured assessment once a year, with prevention planned over years rather than visit by visit. As an electrophysiologist, I give cardiovascular risk the attention it deserves.
Specialist coordination
When you need a specialist, I identify the right one in Florence and pass on the clinical information they need, so you don’t start from zero.
